2. What data we collect

This website does not have contact forms, user accounts, comments or analytics. We do not build profiles of visitors and we do not track behaviour across sites.

We only process personal data when you choose to give it to us:

  • By email. Your email address, your name and whatever you write to us, including any information about your horse.
  • By booking an assessment. Our scheduling link is provided by Calendly. When you book, Calendly collects the name, email address and time slot you enter, and passes them to us.
  • Technical server data. Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs (IP address, date, browser) for security and troubleshooting.

3. Why we process it, and on what legal basis

  • To answer your enquiry and arrange an assessment — on the basis of your request and pre-contractual steps (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • To provide and invoice a rehabilitation service, if you go on to contract one — performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and legal obligations in accounting and tax matters (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
  • To keep the website secure — legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

4. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a service are kept for up to one year. Data relating to a contracted service is kept for the periods required by Spanish commercial and tax law (generally six years). Server logs are kept for the period set by our hosting provider.

5. Who else has access

We do not sell or rent personal data. It may be accessed by the providers we need in order to operate:

  • Hostinger International Ltd — website hosting and email (EU).
  • Calendly LLC — appointment scheduling (United States). International transfers are covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
  • Our accountancy and tax advisers, and public authorities where the law requires it.

6. Your rights

You may ask us at any time to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive it in a portable format. Write to info@aheteam.com stating the right you wish to exercise. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Automated decisions

We do not make automated decisions and we do not carry out profiling.

8. Security

The website is served over HTTPS and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data we hold. No system is completely secure, but we treat information about you and your horse with the same care we apply to our own.

9. Children

This website is not directed at children under 14. We do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

If we change how we process personal data — for example by adding analytics — we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.
